Do I need an account to place the order?

In the checkout menu, you can choose whether you'd like to make an account or not. Having an account makes it easier to follow up on any completed orders and to make future orders.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You will receive an email once we will receive your order and your payment. We will attach a .pdf document as sales receipt.

Where is my order processed from?

All orders are processed from our warehouse in Via livello 9/11, 42047, Rolo(RE) - Italy

What payment methods are accepted by you?

We accept the following modes of payment:

I want to modify the shipping address or phone number

Contact us at hello@nestart.it within the first 24 hours of order confirmation:

After the first 24 hours, it will not be possible to update or change the shipping address/phone number

When will my order get dispatched?

We typically dispatch orders within 2-3 weeks.  For pieces with custom paintings, please allow a longer preparation time of 4-6 weeks due to the personalized nature of the artwork.

However, our goal is to send your Nestart Lab product much sooner than these timelines whenever possible!

What are the shipping charges?

Within Italy: Enjoy free shipping and handling for all orders over €60. We cover all shipping charges and taxes for you.

International: For orders over €100, we take care of all shipping charges worldwide. However, please note that customs duties, taxes, or other import fees, are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Additional Fees: Please be aware that deliveries to certain areas, including smaller islands and remote locations as identified during the purchase process, may incur an additional surcharge.

Can I customize my products?

YES! You can personalize all the products. You can decide the colours, designs and/or graphics.
